WHY YOU SHOULDN’T SETTLE FOR LESS THAN GRADE A

 Did you know that approximately 40% of the office stock in Nairobi was developed pre–2010? So most follows old, inefficient building standards offering poor quality workspace, buildings that are often poorly maintained, with very low parking ratios, and likely to be considered obsolete in the very near future.
